ORDERED, That His Honor, the Mayor, be and he hereby is authorized and requested to appoint a commission to consist of eight members of the City Council, a representative of the South Park , West Park and Lincoln Park Boards, and four citizens who are interested in aeronautics, to give consideration to the motion of providing in suitable places in the City of Chicago landing fields for air craft, and to formulate and submit to the city Council such ordinances regulating the operations of aircraft in the City of Chicago.
