Commentary:
There isn't much you can do with bumpers that doesn't manage to
make you smile. John Kearney started working with bumpers in 1967
and it quickly became his most popular form. His works are all
over Chicago, including two characters from the "Wizard of
Oz" that Oz Park on the North Side.
