This photo is of the Michigan Building. The architects
of the Michigan Building were M.L. Smith & Son, of Detroit.
Visitors to the fair seeking the comforts of home gathered in
their respective state and foreign buildings. The buildings included
large assembly rooms and large porches where visitors could sit
and enjoy a meal.
