The eCUIP Launch Party on Wednesday, September 27th was a tremendous success: the number of interested educators who turned out tells us that we are moving in the right direction!

The eCUIP project staff would like to thank those of you who joined us in celebrating the new face of the Digital Library — it was a pleasure to meet so many of you.

Because of the success of this initial get together of participating educators, we will plan for more of these events in the future.

In the meantime, we would like to come and present at your school. Please get in Contact with us if you or your school would be interested in having us give a brief tutorial and/or if any teachers would like to meet with us to discuss ideas for creating original content or digitizing specific resources to support their specific curriculum.

Our next project goal is to create a "Teacher's Guide to Using eCUIP." If anyone would be interested in meeting one day after school to discuss the possibilities of using eCUIP in your classroom, or to pass on any tips or suggestions for the same, please get in Contact with us. Also, keep in mind that you can share this same information with your fellow collaborators by sending an email to the eCUIP Mailing List.

Once again, we would like to thank everyone for turning out and creating such a successful event! And a special thanks also to Ray Elementary school for hosting the festivities. We look forward to working with you to create additional resources for the Digital Library!
