Aerospace Science

Aerospace Science is the study and investigation of Earth’s atmosphere and outer space. This category includes the design, manufacture, and operation of any aircraft; planets and their satellites; comets and meteors; the stars and interstellar matter; and galaxies. Some topics within this category are the operation of rockets; guided missiles; anything related to space travel; satellites (operation and/or construction); observation of air flow patterns within tunnels; use of navigation equipment; observational study of the position and motions of celestial bodies; celestial mechanics; and applied math, chemistry, and physics of cosmology.
