Pinocchio-themed objects

There is now something like a veritable "Collodi industry" in academia, as in the popular cultural industry of toys, movies and such; scholars worldwide produce yearly hundreds of books and articles devoted to Collodi, the majority of which deal with his most famous work, Pinocchio.
