Paleontologist tools aren't as exotic as you might think they adopt everyday, easy to find tools for their special purposes.
The brush at left is most commonly used for applying paint to walls and furniture and other large surfaces.
The smaller brushes above are commonly used to apply glue or paint to small surfaces.
When uncovering bones in the ground, paleontologists use these brushes to sweep away dust and debris.
