Egg Mountain is part of the Two Medicine Formation, on
the eastern slope of the Rocky Mountains. In 1978 Dr. Jack Horner, the Curator of
Paleontology at the
Museum of the Rockies,
discovered the remains of
dinosaur nesting colonies at the site now known as Egg Mountain. |
